SUNDAY 20th APRIL:
Awake; breakfast; and continuation of the laborious packing of suitcases. This was made infinitely more trick thanks to Aom's huge cache of foodstuffs she's taking back to UK. This actually saves a lot of money as the items she's exporting/importing are very expensive in UK.
After breakfast, she was out again getting some additional bits from a beauty supplies shop in Pattaya Tai. Hopefully, this time she'll return dry.
Plenty of time to kill before our taxi pick-up at 3pm, so we opted for a foot massage for an hour. Checkout was 1pm so we still had a few hours to spare. Had lunch in the hotel pool-side restaurant and made our way to reception to wait for our taxi. Sat on one of the many comfy sofas to wait and I noticed a guy already sitting there who kept looking over to us. Farewell said to some of the hotel staff and we were off through the back streets of Pattaya arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airpor well ahead of time. However, with it being an Emirates booking we were able to check-in and drop the bags off. Take-off on time but this and the connecting flight from Dubai were chashing the night all the way to Manchester; arriving there at around 7:30am. Extremely tiring flights and, as usual, we were greeted with a dull, wet and misty morning on arrival; talk about depressing! We felt like staying on the plane and going straight back the the LOS.

That's it. The end of this jaunt to my second home. Of course we'll be returning so please watch these pages.
